Adam C. Hagedorn
Adam Hagedorn joined Livgard & Lloyd in the fall of 2017 as a litigation associate. Before joining us, Adam was a senior associate with a New York City law firm where he spent extensive time in court and handling insurance-based arbitrations. He is well versed in the insurance claims process and is experienced in litigating insurance cases involving a variety of issues including coverage and policy exclusions for such things as fraud and deliberate material misrepresentations, intentional acts and other avenues upon which insurers seek to avoid coverage, medical necessity and the underpayment of property damage claims by insurers.
Adam received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and his juris doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
